II-VI's Wide Bandgap Materials Group is committed to becoming the world's leading supplier of high performance, high quality silicon carbide (SiC) and other wide bandgap materials. We have two world-class SiC wafer production facilities, one in Pine Brook, NJ and the other in Saxonburg, PA.
